Consent and Opt-In

Counsel and Code, LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospects who have provided express written consent. By typing "YES" in the SMS consent field on our booking form, checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our contact form, or by providing consent through another affirmative opt-in mechanism, you agree to receive text messages from Counsel and Code, LLC at the mobile number you provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may choose not to opt in and still use our services.

Types of Messages

Messages from Counsel and Code, LLC may include:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Follow-up communications related to your inquiry or scheduled consultation
• Service updates and announcements
• Training program and event information

All messages will identify Counsel and Code, LLC as the sender.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry or engagement. We do not send bulk promotional SMS blasts. Most messages are transactional (appointment reminders) or directly responsive to your inquiry.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Counsel and Code, LLC is not responsible for any charges your carrier applies to text messages you send or receive.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Counsel and Code, LLC. After we receive your STOP reply, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send additional text messages unless you subsequently opt back in.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues.

No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

We will not sell, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your mobile number will only be used to send you communications from Counsel and Code, LLC as described in these terms.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in records and consent documentation are retained for a minimum of four years to comply with TCPA requirements.
